Ridgid
Lifetime Service Agreement coverage
Ridgid's Lifetime Service Agreement (LSA) is one of the best warranties in the industry — free parts, service, and batteries for life when you register your tool within 90 days of purchase with receipt. If you don't register your tool within 90 days with proof of purchanse, you have a 3 year warranty. We handle LSA claims directly so you don't have to navigate the process alone.
What's covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Motor and electrical failures under normal use
- Battery replacement under LSA (when registered)
- Mechanical failures not caused by misuse
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Normal wear items (brushes, blades, bits, bumpheads)
- Tools not registered for the LSA program
- Cosmetic damage
Ryobi
3-year manufacturer's warranty on 18v tools and batteries. 5-year warranty on 40v equipment.
Ryobi tools come with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty on 18v tools and outdoor equipment and 40v batteries. There is a5-year warranty on 40v equipment. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. As an authorized service center, we can assess and repair covered tools without you having to ship anything.

- Mechanical component failures
- Manufacturing defects discovered after purchase
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Normal wear items (blades, bits, belts, bumpheads)
- Tools purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Damage from unauthorized modifications
Hart
5-year limited warranty
Hart tools — sold exclusively at Walmart — come with a 5-year limited warranty. We're an authorized repair center for Hart, so you can drop off locally instead of dealing with mail-in repairs.
What's covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Motor and electrical failures under normal use
- Mechanical failures under normal operating conditions
- Manufacturing defects within the warranty period
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Normal wear items (blades, bits, filters)
- Tools purchased outside authorized retailers
- Damage from improper storage or maintenance
