How Warranty Repair Works
Getting your tool repaired under warranty is simpler than you think. Here's exactly what to expect from drop-off to pick-up.
Bring your tool & proof of purchase
Drop by during our open hours — Thursday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm. Bring the tool that needs repair along with your receipt or proof of purchase. No appointment needed. If you want to ship it, please include your name, address, phone number and possibly your email address. If you could , send in a copy of your receipt. If you ship it to us, we will ship it back to you when completed.
Can't find your receipt? Check your email or the retailer's app — most purchases are stored digitally.
We assess and submit the warranty claim
We'll inspect your tool and document the issue. As an authorized service center, we submit the warranty claim directly to the manufacturer on your behalf — no paperwork for you.
We service Ridgid, Ryobi, and Hart tools. Not sure if your tool qualifies? Just bring it in and we'll check.
We complete the repair
Once the claim is approved, we get to work. Most repairs are completed within 2-4 weeks. We use manufacturer-approved parts so your warranty stays intact.
We'll contact you when your tool is ready for pick-up.
Pick up your repaired tool
Come back in during our open hours and pick up your tool — good as new. There's no charge to you for covered warranty repairs.
If a repair falls outside warranty coverage, we'll let you know the cost before doing any work.

- Proof of purchase (receipt, email, or retailer app)
- Any accessories or batteries that came with it if you think the battery or charger could be at fault.
- A brief description of the problem
Turnaround time
Most warranty repairs are completed within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on parts availability. We'll keep you updated and reach out as soon as your tool is ready.
