What we do
Warranty Repair Services
We specialize in one thing: getting your power tools repaired under warranty so you're not paying out of pocket for manufacturer defects.
Warranty Assessment
Not sure if your tool qualifies? Bring it in and we'll inspect it at no charge. We'll tell you whether the issue is covered under warranty and what the repair process looks like before you commit to anything.
- Free inspection — no obligation
- Covers Ridgid, Ryobi, and Hart tools
- We check warranty status on your behalf
- Clear answer before any work begins
Warranty Claim Submission
As an authorized service center, we submit warranty claims directly to the manufacturer. You don't have to navigate manufacturer portals, mail anything in, or wait on hold. We handle the paperwork.
- Direct manufacturer authorization
- We file the claim — you don't have to
- Covers Ridgid LSA, Ryobi 3-year, and Hart 5-year warranties
- No shipping required — drop off locally
Authorized Warranty Repair
Once a claim is approved, we complete the repair using manufacturer-approved parts and procedures. Your warranty stays intact and your tool comes back working the way it should.
- Manufacturer-approved parts and methods
- Motor, electrical, and mechanical failures
- Battery replacement under qualifying warranties
- Most repairs completed within 3–7 business days
Ridgid LSA Service
Ridgid's Lifetime Service Agreement is one of the best warranties in the industry — free parts, service, and battery replacement for life. We're a Ridgid-authorized center, so we can process LSA claims directly for registered tools.
- Lifetime coverage for registered Ridgid tools
- Free parts and labor under LSA
- Battery replacement included when eligible
- We verify registration and process the claim
What we don't cover
Warranty repair only covers defects in materials and workmanship — not damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear items like blades and bits. If your repair falls outside warranty coverage, we'll let you know the cost upfront before doing any work.
- Damage from misuse, drops, or accidents
- Normal wear items — blades, bits, belts, filters
- Tools not registered for applicable warranty programs
- Cosmetic damage with no effect on function
- Tools purchased from unauthorized resellers
