Do I need an appointment?

No appointment needed. Just bring your tool and proof of purchase during our open hours — Thursday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm.

What do I need to bring?

Bring the tool that needs repair and your proof of purchase (a receipt, email confirmation, or retailer app order history). If the issue involves a battery or accessory, bring those along too. A brief description of what's wrong is helpful but not required — we'll assess it ourselves.

Where are you located?

We're at 7305 Highway 411 South, Greenback, TN 37742. We are 18.5 miles south of McGhee Airport. We are 11.5 miles south of the Walmart in Maryville. We are 4 miles north of the Sloanes in Vonore. We have a pink lawnmower in front. We're on the south side of town with plenty of parking. Open Thursday–Saturday, 10am–6pm.

Is there a charge for warranty repairs?

No — covered warranty repairs are free to you. We handle the claim with the manufacturer at no cost. If a repair falls outside warranty coverage, we'll let you know the cost before doing any work so you can decide how to proceed.

Question 5

Which brands do you service?

Accepted Answer

We're an authorized service center for Ridgid, Ryobi, and Hart power tools. These cover the vast majority of tools sold at Home Depot and Walmart. If you have a different brand, give us a call and we'll let you know if we can help.

Question 6

What is the Ridgid Lifetime Service Agreement (LSA)?

Accepted Answer

The Ridgid LSA is one of the best warranties in the tool industry. When you register your Ridgid tool, you get free parts, service, and battery replacement for the life of the tool. We handle LSA claims directly — just bring your tool and we'll take care of the rest. Note: your tool must be registered to qualify.

I'm not sure if my tool is still under warranty. Can you check?

Yes — bring it in and we'll assess it at no charge. We can usually determine warranty eligibility quickly. If it's not covered, we'll tell you your options before doing anything.

Question 8

What if I lost my receipt?

Accepted Answer

Check your email or the retailer's app — most purchases are stored digitally. Home Depot and Walmart both keep purchase history in their apps. If you truly can't locate proof of purchase, bring the tool in anyway and we'll see what we can do.

Question 9

I bought the tool used. Is it still covered?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the brand. Ridgid's LSA is tied to the original purchaser's registration, so it typically doesn't transfer. Ryobi and Hart warranties generally cover the tool itself within the warranty period regardless of ownership. Bring it in and we'll check.

Question 10

How long does a repair take?

Most warranty repairs are completed within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on parts availability. We'll contact you as soon as your tool is ready for pick-up.

Will I be notified when my tool is ready?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We'll reach out by phone or the contact method you provide when you drop off.
 
If you include your email address, you will receive an email from ttigroupna when your repair has been approved. You will know before I do. I have to manually check to see if it has been approved.

Can someone else pick up my tool?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as they know the name the tool was dropped off under. We recommend giving us a heads-up by phone if someone else will be picking it up.

What if my tool can't be repaired?

Accepted Answer

If a tool is deemed unrepairable under warranty, the manufacturer may authorize a replacement. We'll communicate the outcome to you and explain your options — you're never left in the dark.
